Q: I don’t know all of my guest’s names yet.. Can I reserve my tickets now?

A: Yes, you can enter ‘TBD’ into any required guest’s fields for the time being. You have the option to edit your guest’s information within a link in your confirmation email after reserving. 

Q: Do I need to print my ticket and bring it with me to enter the event?

A: No, guests will be checked in by name. Please make sure your guest list is up to date a week prior to the event.

Q: One of my guest’s has dietary restrictions - who should I let know?

A: Please tell your server upon seating for dinner service, they will be able to provide alternative options. 

Q: Are room blocks offered for this event?

A: No, however there are several Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton hotels in the area which are walking distance to the venue.
